Launch Film Proposal

The Coastal Alliance

A cinematic announcement film for the Oxnard and Channel Islands coast.

Prepared for Andrea Chaffey, Jill Kip, Desti Centineo, and Michele Losey

August 29, 2026

What this is

On September 1, two established coastal teams begin operating as one alliance while both brands stay exactly where they are. Clients can work with Desti and Michele, work with the Besties, or bring all four together. That choice is the entire announcement.

This film exists to make that clear to the community and to the agent population at the same time, and to make it clear before anyone fills in the blanks themselves. It lives on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

It is not a listing video. It is a scripted film with four people in it, shot in a single day, and it is built and priced accordingly.

The approach

Show the alliance before announcing it

Rather than introducing each team separately and revealing the alliance at the end, the film moves between all four of you from the first frame. The viewer feels four people working as one long before anyone says so. The announcement then confirms something they already sensed, which is far more persuasive than being told.

The story is showing up

This coast rewards the people who are actually here. Deep local knowledge, real availability, and marketing that reflects the property. That idea carries the whole film, and it makes the case for the alliance without anyone having to say a word about anyone else.

Built around real comfort on camera

Not everyone wants to deliver written lines to a lens, and the film should never depend on it. The script is structured voiceover-first, so on-camera moments are additive rather than load-bearing. For anyone who would rather not perform, we shoot them doing what they actually do on this coast and pull their lines from conversation instead of a script page.

Footage that outlives the campaign

Alliance branding stays in end cards and lower thirds, never baked into the middle of shots. You receive clean masters without graphics. If anything about the structure changes down the road, everything we shoot is still yours to use.

The Launch Kit

90 seconds to 2 minutes

$4,200

Everyone walks away with their own content, not just the group film.

Everything in The Film, plus:

  • Four individual social videos, one per agent, 30 to 45 seconds each
  • Individual brand footage for each of the four, captured the same day
  • 15 edited brand photos: lifestyle and working shots, plus individual frames for each agent
  • Five finished videos total from one production date

One date, everything on it

All three options are the same single production date. What changes is how long we are on the ground, how much story the film can carry, and what else comes off that day.

Runtime is the real driver. A sixty second film needs a handful of setups. Two minutes needs roughly three times the coverage, because four people speaking means shooting enough of each of you to cut around whoever wants a second take. That is the difference between a half day and a full day.

Realistically this is the one day the four of you are in the same place with a camera. Whatever we capture is what exists. Coming back for anything later means another production day and another round of four calendars, which costs more than the difference between any of these options.
